With twice the power of previous solutions, ClearSkin PRO applicator delivers up to 3000 mJ (61.2mJ/Pixel) of non-ablative laser energy per pulse. This considerable increase in power provides a very significant clinical benefit and a proven, visible difference in skin rejuvenation treatments.
ClearSkin PRO’s non-ablative Er:Glass 1540nm laser deeply penetrates the skin, creating columns of coagulation, which promotes new dermis synthesis and regenerates the extra cellular matrix while leaving the epidermis intact. The result is visibly younger looking skin.

Indication: Skin Rejuvenation, acne, acne scars and benign lesions
ClearSkin PRO combines a non-ablative laser with simultaneous contact cooling technology, promoting the development of new tissue while maintaining a high level of safety. With twice the power of previous solutions, ClearSkin PRO applicator delivers up to 3000 mJ (61.2 mJ/Pixel) of non-ablative laser energy per pulse.
The non-ablative Er:Glass 1540 nm laser deeply penetrates the skin causing thermal damage, triggering an improved healing response around the coagulated columns while leaving the epidermis intact. The result is new dermis tissue and visibly younger looking skin.
Indications: Vascular and pigmented lesions
The narrow band spectrum is the optimal range for hemoglobin absorption, targeting vascular lesions, making it highly effective. High absorbing in Melanin makes it also effective in removing spots and pigmentation. The new and advanced Dye-VL PRO cooled applicator is highly powerful and effective. With a focused 1 cm2 spot size, high peak power and intense cooling, it provides excellent clinical results.
Indications: Skin rejuvenation, including skin laxity and wrinkles, benign pigmented lesions and tattoo removal.
Alma’s award-winning ClearLift applicator is the most comprehensive Q-Switched Nd:YAG treatment solution available today. ClearLift delivers intense nanosecond pulses to the target area resulting in a photo acoustic effect.
This mechanical Q switch action is highly effective in removing tattoos and hyperpigmentation. The controlled dermal wounds, created with the pixel tip, provide the ideal solution for skin rejuvenation on the face, neck and decollete.
Indications: Acne, acne scars and benign lesions
ClearSkin is the first technology to combine a non-ablative laser with simultaneous contact cooling and vacuum technology to treat acne vulgaris safely and effectively. The nonablative Er:Glass 1540 nm laser deeply penetrates the skin, causing thermal damage to the sebaceous glands, destroying P. acnes bacteria and reducing sebum production while leaving the epidermis intact.
Indications: Skin resurfacing and scars
The Pixel Er:YAG module provides a highly effective fractional ablative laser skin resurfacing treatment using a 2940 nm wavelength. The applicator significantly improves overall skin tone, elasticity and texture, reduces superficial pigmentation and pore size. The treatment mechanism of the pixel Er:YAG 2940 laser promotes accelerated reepithelization allowing for faster healing and tissue regeneration.
Indications: Vascular lesions, leg veins, hair removal and Pseudofolliculitis Barbae
The 1064 nm wavelength offers greater depth of penetration and its extended pulse duration facilitates a powerful heating allowing treatment of deeper lesions that cannot be targeted by shorter wavelengths. The applicator features a unique open-angle view with an aiming beam which vastly improves visualization of blood vessels underneath the skin. Simultaneous contact cooling technology incorporated into the tip cools the skin during treatment, minimizing the risk of side effects and resulting in a more comfortable treatment for patients.
Indications: Hair removal
Alma’s Super Hair Removal (SHR) method works by gradually heating the dermis to a temperature that effectively damages the hair follicles and prevents re-growth, while avoiding injury to the surrounding tissue. The sweeping In-Motion™ technique used with SHR involves moving the applicator repeatedly over the treatment area, applying energy over a large grid. This ensures a homogeneous coverage during the treatment which significantly improves results.
Indications: Skin tightening
The NIR module uses a high power light source in the near infrared spectrum to achieve safe and effective dermal heating, imparting a youthful glow to the skin. The pleasant treatment elevates dermal temperature, generates thermal injury to the tissue which contracts existing fibers, stimulates the formation of new collagen and improves its alignment and thickness.
